Why do some people struggle to get sustained relief from their symptoms? The answer hinges on a fuzzy intention to recover which is nourished by the voice of our unconscious which is at odds with our true intention to get well.

This week’s meditation involves an explanation and presentation of a technique to strengthen your intention to recover. It involves the alignment of an energy throughout the body (known and as the “hara”) which determines the clarity of intentions that you set from moment to moment, day to day. When distortions in the energy of intention are released, any and all intentions can be manifested quickly.
