Unwinding

Trauma, anxiety and stress get trapped in the tissues of our body. This creates severe restrictions in the tissues and muscles which make muscles feel like concrete.

This week’s meditation involves an explanation of a technique taught in cranial sacral programs which invites the tissues to unwind naturally. Unwinding invites trauma which has been trapped at the cellular level to be released, removed, ejected and detached for all time.
