Mouth remains open while breathing in and out?
I feel the need to swallow, can I?

Hi: Yes – you just keep your mouth open with continuous breathing. And yes – you can swallow when needed. After swallowing, just continue breathing. Breath Work is simple to do and is a first class way to release stress and trauma.

Hi. Yes, I keep my mouth open. Swallow if needed whenever needed. This just pauses the in and out flow of the breath temporarily. Keep in mind you can always stop breathing if the emotions become too unbearable.
